Farewell to City Ink Express, so sad you've gone
So sad to find that CityInkExpress has closed down. I just wanted to express my thanks to Shane for all the free assistance given over the years. The quality of the products and service was always first rate, and the personal touch was much appreciated.

this company with shaine has again provided a first class service i sent a email and got a rapid reply the quality of inks is very good and a price which saves a lot of money which based on all thats happening around the world is a bonus

Ordered ink refill kit for my printer
Ordered ink refill kit for my printer. It arrived quickly and I was happy with what was included especially the extra long needles to get into the bottles when they run low. I didn't get any labels to put over the refilled cartridge but I can sort that with some blank labels. I was unsure about which holes took what colour so I wrote to them and the replied quickly with a sheet showing me the set up for both the regular and the extra large cartridge. So I'm very pleased with the transaction. I have filled other cartridges but never a colour one so hopefully it will go smoothly. Thank you for your help.
