Just don’t let this awful company get…
Just don’t let this awful company get their hands on your property. In my experience, City Relay seem to have a remarkable talent for turning simple issues into unnecessary work, unnecessary visits and, ultimately, more charges to the property owner. I have been billed around £1,700 for an issue involving a single light switch, alongside numerous other charges I have had to question and challenge. The overriding impression I have been left with is that there is little incentive to solve problems simply or economically when creating more work creates more revenue. I appointed them to manage my property. Instead, I have spent an absurd amount of time scrutinising bills, disputing charges and trying to stop money being spent unnecessarily. I would not trust them with my property again, and I would strongly advise other owners to think very carefully before doing so.

What made the experience great was the people. Melissa my account manager was quick to respond to my emails, and superb to deal with, really positive and helpful. All the City Relay staffers I met were highly professional, and dedicated to doing an excellent job.
