take care, but if you agree they steal your money. They charged me twice for the same product, even though o sent evidence they dont want to return, This is a place made and lead by thieves

very disappointed. I've used CJ pony parts for years. We have several mustangs and they have been a good source. I ordered 3 point seatbelts that are supposed to be specifically for my 72 convertible. Being a project car, when I pulled stuff out to start this I found other issues. So admittedly it took me a few months to get to this part. Parts are all still in the package. While inspecting them I realized the mounting bolts were way too short. Took measurements and confirmed this. Also found that the mounting point would interfere with the rear window crank. contacted cjpony parts and simply wanted to send it back for a 2 point seatbelt. took nearly 3 weeks of back and forth and they ultimately said their return policy is 60 days only... The item is still in the original package, is still on their website and I was willing to pay for any shipping costs. I've spent over $3,100 in the last 6 months just on this car from cj pony parts alone. I literally had $7500 in my cart while I was trying to get them to help resolve this. customer service is poor.

If I could click on no stars I would! I ordered a part months ago and nothing and customer service is appalling. I finally received a refund, but shesh, what how time consuming. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered.

SCAM!!!!!
Ordered a part in May for a 5-10 business day delivery. Wasn't sent. Followed up, it was backordered for x date which was roughly 2 weeks later. Then it got moved again, and again, and again, and yet here I am in the middle of August still waiting on this part. DO NOT order from this company as it seems they are a scam and I did not check reviews before ordering.

I purchased a set of coil over shocks…
I purchased a set of coil over shocks from CJ pony. I opened the box and the tea bar for the top of the shock is missing along with the C clips. I called their customer service it goes. I have to go to a E Mail. It has been four days and nobody can fix this. I keep I got two emails saying they needed my. Order number I called back and asked the person in customer service to connect me with somebody that can resolve this. They don’t do that. It’s all by E Mail. I am totally fed up with CJ ponies never use them again buyer beware
