It was difficult to cancel the trial
It was difficult to cancel the trial. I still got billed for it even though I was able to figure out how to cancel the app. I had to go to my settings. On the app you are not allowed to leave any review. They screen them and make it impossible to submit if it’s undesirable. Please save yourself the aggravation. Now I am waiting to see if I get another ten dollars charge at the end of the week. Apple department did not help. I hope I don’t have to cancel my bank card in order for this company to stop helping themselves to my money. The app. Has been cancelled and deleted.

I wished I had read reviews before I signed up for the weeks free trial. It wasn’t free. A subscription was immediately charged, then trying to find out which plan “they” signed me up for was a nightmare! 9.99 plus tax 10.97 I lost and I could have signed up for 9.99/week; 9.99/month: 9.99/year. OMG, they have 4.99, 5.99,6.99, all weekly, monthly, yearly as well, wtf. Is this all about! So scammy, I have had issues with contacts, photos as well! This is not right! I hope this all gets straightened out so others don’t get taken by false information!!!

I was immediately debited 8,99 Euros so I contacted the support who answered rapidly explaining it was due to a misunderstanding. I thank Cleanerguru for the service and for crediting the amount back to me.

Wenn man kostenlos anbietet sollte es auch kostenlos sei. Wenn ich nach 7Tagen bezahlen soll ist es nicht kostenlos. Man wird arglistig getäuscht.
