Very inflexible and no effort to retain a long term customer
Been with clickmeeting for about 7-8 years. We are a small not for profit and are between the contract that we used the platform for. To save our limited funds, I froze the account previously and I got notification today that it was about to reactivate. I needed to extend that slightly so I contacted customer service to see if they could help and was told I couldn't extend, I would need to make a payment and then freeze again. Now, I obviously could have done that but figured why stay with a company who is so inflexible with long term customers and who really don't value your business enough to try to help. I did mention that I would just delete the account and review later. Poor show.

Ma plus mauvaise expérience depuis plus de 10 ans ! Sachez qu'une commission de 5% sera prélevée sur vos ventes en ligne passé 200€ d'achat. Cette information est soigneusement cachée dans les conditions générales de ventes de clickmeeting qui bien entendu ne vous en parle pas dans sa rubrique "tarifs". C'est une honte et un manque de transparence. Impossible d'obtenir un remboursement même le demandant le jour même de mon inscription. Le service client est très rigide à ce niveau-là. Attention avant de vous abonner donc, vous ne serez pas remboursé ni bien accueilli. Déconseille vivement ce service.
