Pricing 3x higher than competitors

Pricing 3x higher than competitors. Has a customer service rep reach out to me to discuss account. I knew Clicksend was more costly than competitors and I was sending about 12K texts per month. I expressed this concern and was told "We are not the cheapest option. Good Luck." Ok - I wasn't asking them to be the cheapest and dont' want the cheapest but I was asking for a more competitive rate based on my usage. It's our team's top priority to switch to another company because of this service

That certainly wasn’t the experience we wanted you to have. We completely understand that you weren’t necessarily looking for the cheapest provider, but were hoping that your usage of around 12,000 messages per month could be taken into consideration when reviewing your rates. Very easy to use. The chat bot helps with all questions on how to navigate the system and refers you to a person if required. The chat bot was excellent.

There is an issue with UAE were sms is…

There is an issue with UAE were sms is not being reached. We opened a ticket and they said alpha tag needs to be registered for UAE if we want to use our name. We told them we are using the Default ClickSEND tag which cannot be changed and it shouldn't be blocked but they don't seem to understand what is going .

Our team worked to identify the underlying issue and work through the necessary steps to reach a resolution, and we appreciate your patience while this was being addressed. There are also some other options including registering your own Alpha tag to avoid any impacts that may surface using CS generic tags. The Account manager will explain this with you. I completely understand how confusing and frustrating this must have been, especially when you weren’t actively trying to send a message. Receiving an unexpected notification like this can certainly catch you off guard, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. I looked into exactly what happened here. Your account is set up with an automation to forward any incoming messages from your Dedicated Number to your personal number. Recently, an incoming text you received contained specific keywords that breach strict, industry-wide telecom regulations. When the system automatically tried to forward that message, our compliance filters instantly caught the restricted content and cancelled the send, which triggered the email you received. I know getting that warning was a shock. However, our system stepped in specifically to protect you. The mobile networks heavily penalise or permanently block accounts that transmit restricted content. By halting that automated forward, we ensured your account and your Dedicated Number remained completely safe, secure, and in good standing with the carriers. To make sure you are fully taken care of moving forward, I am having one of our Account Managers reach out to you directly via email today. We can help you navigate how to handle these edge cases with your automation settings so you can continue getting your notifications without running into these strict compliance filters.
