I'm very disappointed i did a gastric balón and never lost not even 1 kg. They trying only to sell me a gastric slave. They traid charge me tvice fo the same thing . PLEASE STAY FAR TIS PEOPEL JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY THEY GIVE YOU TE FILLING EVRYTHING IS ABOUT MONEY. And now they I si sting if I do jot whant to. Do something else.

Appalling clinic, appalling staff
Based on my experience my review has to say, do not spend one euro with this company, or if you want to deal with a company that is inconsistent in its information, where each person tells it the way they think will encourage your decision, even if that means calling their own colleagues liars, saying the exact opposite of advice given by the actual dentists and surgeons, fabricating excuses to suit their timeline, Once my confidence was lost and I no longer wished to continue, there is no other word for the behaviour I received but bullying, because a solo female in a country where she does not speak the language can be beaten down, intimidated into having the treatment, the circles created by this company were despicable, 36 hours of constant lies, excuses, ridiculous reasons, all whilst fighting for a refund, as it is what finally was paid back after ripping me off for the costs of an X-ray, blood tests, hotel and transfers was laughable, it was a huge fight, to get back just what I did, it was unnecessary, it ruined the reputation of their own clinic, I now know most of the people I dealt with are simply call centre employees, working on commission, no medical experience at all, having called their own dentist and surgeon liars show their lack of professionalism, for the majority of staff l met this is all about the money and only the money.

A terrible and extremely disappointing experience from beginning to endI booked my surgery in April for August…
I booked my surgery in April for August and informed the clinic about my autoimmune thyroid condition from the very beginning. Over the following months, they repeatedly contacted me about payments, but never asked for any medical reports, recent blood test results, or other documents to determine whether I was fit to undergo the procedure. A few days before travelling, I even asked whether I should send them any documentation in advance, as this would normally be required before surgery. They told me it was not necessary. I therefore travelled all the way to Istanbul. The clinic is located in a very remote area, inside a rather old and run-down building. When I arrived, the only receptionist on duty was asleep on a sofa. This was hardly a reassuring first impression. I was then taken to have my blood drawn in what looked like a basement. At that point, I seriously began to question whether I felt comfortable having surgery there. Because of my thyroid condition, I have blood tests every six months, and no healthcare professional has ever had difficulty finding my veins. At this clinic, however, the nurse repeatedly pushed the needle into my arm without finding the vein and then had to try the other arm. When the results came back, I was told that I could not have the operation because of the very same medical condition that I had disclosed when I booked the surgery months earlier. They then charged me an additional €300 to obtain a second medical opinion, which I found outrageous. The final decision remained the same: they could not operate on me. Although they agreed to refund the surgery fee, they deducted a substantial amount for the transfers, hotel, medical tests, and other expenses. They did not rebook my flight or cover the cost of a new one, so I had to buy another ticket home for myself and my husband. If they had requested and reviewed my medical records in advance, as any responsible clinic should have done, I could have avoided an unnecessary journey and a loss of approximately €1,500. My advice is simple: avoid this clinic. Save more money if necessary and choose a facility that offers proper medical screening, professional organisation, and higher standards of care. In hindsight, perhaps it was for the best that the surgery did not go ahead. After seeing the clinic and experiencing the way everything was handled, I would not have felt safe being operated on there.

Se potessi tornare indietro, non sceglierei nuovamente ClinicExpert.
La peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto con una clinica Mi sono affidata a ClinicExpert di Istanbul per un trapianto di capelli femminile e, per quanto mi riguarda, è stato uno dei peggiori errori che abbia mai commesso. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa e, sulla base di ciò che ho vissuto personalmente, **non consiglierei a nessuna donna di affidarsi a questa clinica per un trapianto di capelli**. Il problema, per me, non riguarda soltanto il risultato ottenuto, ma soprattutto ciò che è accaduto dopo. Ho contattato la clinica per cercare una soluzione e abbiamo anche effettuato una videochiamata tramite Zoom per discutere il mio caso. Mi aspettavo che, dopo aver esaminato la situazione, mi proponessero concretamente come affrontare e risolvere il problema. Invece, dopo quella videochiamata, **non ho più ricevuto la soluzione che stavo aspettando**. Mi sono sentita abbandonata proprio nel momento in cui avevo bisogno che la clinica si assumesse la responsabilità dell'assistenza post-trattamento e affrontasse seriamente il problema. Un trapianto di capelli, soprattutto per una donna, non è una decisione banale. Coinvolge il proprio aspetto, il benessere psicologico, tempo, denaro e soprattutto fiducia nei professionisti ai quali ci si affida. Per questo ritengo importante raccontare pubblicamente la mia esperienza. Se potessi tornare indietro, non sceglierei nuovamente ClinicExpert. Sulla base della mia esperienza personale, non posso raccomandare questa clinica per il trapianto di capelli femminile.
