My Experience with Klinik Prime Istanbul
I can only speak from my own personal experience, but I am very satisfied with my entire treatment at Klinik Prime Istanbul. Everything went exactly as discussed beforehand, and the agreed price was honored without any unexpected additional costs. A very special thank you goes to Pelin, who was always there for me throughout the entire process. Having someone available whenever I had questions made me feel very well looked after and comfortable. I am also very happy with the work of the dentist. He took a lot of time, especially to make sure that my bite was properly adjusted. I never had the feeling that things were being rushed. Instead, I felt that real attention was being paid to getting the details right. In my case, almost all of my back teeth were replaced with fixed bridges. At one area where there was not enough bone, a suitable bridge solution was created instead. My fixed implants feel very stable and are holding extremely well. One thing that was particularly important to me was having a natural-looking result. I deliberately chose a natural shade appropriate for my age instead of an extremely white “Arctic White” shade. I am very happy with that decision. The result looks so natural that people around me actually think these are my original teeth. The hotel was also very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which was especially appreciated after the treatments. Overall, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with my treatment and the entire experience. Of course, I can only speak for myself and my own experience, but for me, the decision was absolutely worth it. A big thank you to the entire team at Klinik Prime Istanbul, and especially to Pelin, for the excellent support and care! 🙏 Meine Erfahrung mit Klinik Prime Istanbul Ich kann nur von meiner persönlichen Erfahrung sprechen, aber ich bin mit der gesamten Behandlung bei Klinik Prime Istanbul sehr zufrieden. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles so geklappt, wie es vorher besprochen wurde. Auch der vereinbarte Preis wurde eingehalten – es gab keine bösen Überraschungen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Pelin, die wirklich jederzeit für mich da war. Ich hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner und habe mich dadurch sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch mit der Arbeit des Zahnarztes bin ich sehr zufrieden. Er hat sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen, insbesondere um meinen Biss genau anzupassen. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass einfach schnell gearbeitet werden soll, sondern dass wirklich Wert auf ein gutes Ergebnis gelegt wird. Bei mir wurden fast alle Backenzähne mit festen Brücken erneuert. An einer Stelle, an der zu wenig Knochen vorhanden war, wurde ebenfalls eine passende Brückenlösung umgesetzt. Die festen Implantate sitzen bei mir sehr gut und halten hervorragend. Was mir besonders wichtig war: Ich wollte keine unnatürlich weißen Zähne. Deshalb habe ich mich bewusst gegen „Arctic White“ entschieden und einen natürlicheren Farbton passend zu meinem Alter gewählt. Das Ergebnis gefällt mir persönlich sehr gut. Es sieht so natürlich aus, dass Menschen aus meinem Umfeld tatsächlich denken, es seien meine eigenen Originalzähne. Auch das Hotel war sehr schön und vor allem das Bett war unglaublich bequem – nach den Behandlungen war das wirklich angenehm. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Behandlung und dem gesamten Ablauf. Natürlich kann ich nur meine persönliche Erfahrung schildern, aber für mich hat sich die Entscheidung gelohnt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Klinik Prime Istanbul und besonders an Pelin für die tolle Betreuung! 🙏

From the very first day until the end of my treatment, she was always by my side, explaining every step, answering all my questions, and making communication with the medical team easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. My heartfelt thanks also go to Dr. Engin Gül. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible result. He listened carefully to all my wishes and never rushed the process. Instead, he made adjustments more than once until I was completely satisfied with my new smile. The Best Experience Ever!!
I have had the best experience at Clinic Prime Istanbul! I could not be any happier with my results. I am overwhelmed with the care and attention I have received while being here and I would recommend this dentist to EVERYONE!! A special thanks to a few people who looked after me in particular. My Dentist Dr. Engin Gül and his assistant Ilknur have done an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable at every stage of the procedure and made sure I was okay and happy at every opportunity. A special thanks to Dr. Dt. Ezgi Gülum who performed surgery removing my wisdom teeth. This was my biggest worry about the whole experience and she made me feel so comfortable and she was a very lovely woman. I really appreciate her help with this as I did not have any pain at all during the procedure! I cannot forget the 4 people who really spent time with me and kept me on track with my treatment and looked after me during every step of the treatment. All the girls Büsra, Mine and Idil were fantastic! Finally I would like to thank Onur, who from start to finish has been amazing! I can only speak in the highest terms about Clinic Prime Istanbul, where my husband and I both received implants. The organisation behind the whole trip was flawless. From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything was taken care of. Pelin accompanied us throughout by WhatsApp and phone, helping with hotel questions, reservations and anything else that came up. She was unbelievably kind and replied within minutes every single time. On site, Nahide made sure everything at reception ran smoothly, and her wonderfully caring and thoughtful nature made us feel genuinely well looked after. Our doctor, Gökhan, was excellent and clearly cared about delivering great work, and the final results were exactly what we had hoped for. Everything ran on schedule with no waiting around, and the people at the hotel were just as courteous and friendly. It was a thoroughly excellent experience, and we are extremely grateful. We would recommend this clinic without hesitation to family, friends or anyone planning treatment like this!!!!
