This product is not recommended due to…
I personally did not have a good experience with this product and would not recommend it based on my experience. After purchasing, I found that some features and capabilities did not meet my expectations, and I felt that additional options and upgrades were presented in a way that was not sufficiently clear to me. Because of these limitations and my overall experience, I decided to request a refund shortly after purchasing. For me, the product did not provide enough value for the price. Others may have a different experience, but I believe customers should have clear information about features, limitations, and additional costs before making a purchase. There are also other AI applications that offer similar capabilities, including some free alternatives, which may be worth comparing before deciding.

We are less than 24 hours into “buying” and the creative brief was to create a company pre-title ident of a brand logo, animate it x,y&z axis in two ‘scenes’ via a segue. Logo uploaded - tick; try the ‘enhance’ for the brief - it did it, but not convinced it made it any better other than shortening the word count; copied the original brief to reissue or file as ‘evidence’ just in case. Selected a few add ins for a few more credits - By the way, the purchase was the 85% life option with 1,000 bonus plus standard 500 credits (1,500) with 500 a month no roll over. Seemed fair and reasonable as too the credits charges for various add-ons. The Logo incorporates text at a specific design utilising special characters instead of the letter equivalent, specific fonts were correctly used as briefed. The end product(s) because 4 attempts were made with alternating briefs based on the same design and outcome were ‘frustrating’ it almost got there, but it didn’t. Every clip had different annoyances. Yup, okay the ‘Professional pay wall’ appeared on a few selections, but those that weren’t walled seemed acceptable. THE MASSIVE AND BIGGEST ANNOYANCE was the inability to, unlike GPT, be able to ask for a tweak or don’t like that, try this. Every time you had to start over. Also, if you design brief based on image, you can’t upload the picture you want to reference to, that can only be done in Video - errrm…- Using language descriptions as per the demo video just didn’t work. Noted that edit was a premium -it should at least be a credit option. Of course, expectations of were low, but not not expectant of deceptive. Do I think I have been scammed? Well, the only reason I came hunting for www answers and opinions entirely because after trying to contact the ‘Technical Support’ link it was ‘unrecognised/doesn’t exist….. hmmmm. I was going to ask for them to read the briefs and then advise as to why the realisation was not as expected or un interpretive of concise instructions and outcomes. Which I shall still try and do, but now I have very low expectations of contact success. Obviously they have done something, because the site does do something. Have they wallpapered over something that already offers the service free and built the site over this? No idea but that’s what I begin to question. Will I be asking for a refund? …. Maybe, (even if possibly pointless) Did pay via PayPal which I seem to recall has some form of guaranteed protection but without looking no idea what or if. However. Was the person in the Promo an AI? Don’t think so do you? If a con, I guess it’s to be applauded in a sick sense for being so convincing, if bone-fide, then CLIPBEE need to sort some things out and live up to their USP of customer satisfactions etc. I want to believe it is a work in progress, I want to see them evolve and grow, the concept, approach and attitude is as one would expect. I will be interested if my next bundle of credits appear next month. I at least think I should hang on that much to see and hopefully by which time a form of response from support will have been reached. DO please share a link/email where you have successfully connected with a human! In hope that it is teething troubles from an SME business and not some sad and pathetic skunk trousering the cash - thankfully the Web police can these days take a form of limited action. The link we had came from within a Figure 53 promo within their YT site for a product. Inferring that it was attached to or endorsed by ‘53. But I guess it was algorithm placed. If I can update here, I will if I have anything further to add of value . For now, the jury’s out… and contemplative
