Stealing employee
At the state fair I purchased Clix products from a relentless employee. I was quoted $140 for the ice packs. The cashier did the checking out and said he will email the reciept. I got home and looked at the receipt. I was charged $200. The cashier STOLE $35 as a tip without even asking us. The refund process is ridiculous. they only paid attention to the fact that I wanted my money back for the ice packs. When I had made it loud and clear that their employee is stealing from people.(My dad got scammed the same way the next day). Now they want me to take a picture of the ice packs in the box with the plastic wrapping. Are you serious?

Speaking as someone who struggles with…
Speaking as someone who struggles with a circulation issue and highly sensitive to cold temps, there is a learning curve with getting these to stay hot and work amazingly for a long period of time (I.e warming them in a water filled crock pot), unfortunately though, this technique also causes microscopic splits in the seems, ultimately causing them to seep more and more pungent vinegar liquid with every use. While I absolutely LOVE the effect of the product, I do not love the construction and they are not worth the the cost they value them . I’ve already gone through two warranty replacements (on two different shape pads each) and the warranty does not start again once replacement is received… so 2 years, 6 pads later… it’s not worth the $260 I paid for them…. Will be searching for alternative options

I purchased my back and neck heat pads…
I purchased my back and neck heat pads as the sales advisor had recommended as easy to use with 1 click, but both my pads had no clicks button on them, making them useless and £100 out of pocket, had no response from the company despite emailing and requesting a refund

Enttäuschend und absichtlich getäuscht worden?
Auf der Messe habe ich ein warmes, weiches Kissen um den Hals gelegt bekommen - das war sehr angenehm. In der tatsächlich Anwendung wird es sofort sehr fest, die Wärme wird auch nicht so lange gehalten wie auf der Messe angegeben. Der Reaktivierunsgprozess dauert sehr lange ist unverhältnismäßig vom Energieaufwand. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.
