Straightforward booking and Fantastic customer service
Good selection of trips, straight forward booking and fantastic customer service. The bus arrived and departed on time. We booked coach and tickets for Loro Parque and had the best day ever, it was one of the highlights of our holiday. We definitely recommend Club Canary and will book again. Thank you so much x

We had a great experience booking our Aqualand Tenerife tickets through Gran Canary Agency. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and our tickets were delivered immediately. What really stood out was their customer service. They were always available on WhatsApp, responded promptly to every message, and provided constant support whenever we had a question. Unfortunately, during our visit to the park, we had a minor incident where another visitor verbally abused us in front of our children. Although it wasn't the park's fault, it was upsetting enough that we decided to leave much earlier than planned instead of spending the full day there. I contacted Gran Canary Agency straight away to explain what had happened. Even though the incident was outside of their control, they listened with understanding, were happy to look into my concerns, and offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. That level of customer care really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Gran Canary Agency for anyone looking to book attraction tickets. Their prices are competitive, the booking process is effortless, and their after-sales support is outstanding. It's reassuring to know they genuinely care about their customers, even when unexpected situations arise.

I was looking to book for a jetski ride during the day, website was very clear, prices where the best around with what is included and when I called for confirmation they where very helpful, kind and understanding, they also provide WhatsApp contact which Is very helpful if you're from abroad, 100% would recommend them!
