Low-quality finish and hidden import costs
While the design looks great online, the physical product falls short of expectations given the price tag. Product Quality Issues: Peeling Finish: The plastic top layer is actively peeling off multiple puzzle pieces before even completing it. I intended to frame the finished piece, but the damage makes it look poorly made. Unrefined Edges: The glued layers on the geometric forms are clearly visible along the sides, giving it a rough, low-quality feel. Shipping & Extra Charges: Be aware if ordering internationally: I was charged an additional €60 in customs/import fees that were never mentioned or estimated during checkout. Overall, the manufacturing quality control needs major improvement, and the company should be far more transparent about international shipping costs. Would not recommend until these issues are addressed.

Awful experience
Awful experience! You see the amazing squishy fidgets online as ads or social media posts. However, when you trust the process and go buy online you get sent some other products. When I contacted customer service about an exchange (not a return) I was told “ If your item isn't faulty and you've simply changed your mind or made the wrong selection, we cannot make an exception to our returns policy.” It wasn’t a ‘simply changed my mind’ it was a mistake in marketing and promoting. I didn’t want to completely change my mind I wanted an exchange from what I bought to more of the squishies. I will NOT order from them again and advice you to go to a different squish shop

The polysquishs are amazing
The polysquishs are amazing! I've ordered over 20 so far, colours are incredible especially when you look at them with different light and angles, and not one has disappointed me, the quality is second to none! Best squishes on the market, solid to firm when untouched for an hour or so and soft and stretchy after some warmth from your hands. Incredible product! The shapes are awesome to.

The quality is exceptional i love the consistency
The quality is exceptional i love the consistency. My only complaint on the polysquishies is that of all the ones I have received, I have only gotten 2 colors and 2 styles. I have 4 of the same in green (eight sided) and 2 of the same in orange (the triangle). I really would like to get the other designs and colors. I am expecting an order of 3 any time now and hope they are the different ones.
