Mentoría de cafetería en funcionamiento
Soy propietario de Soul Coffee, un take away de café de especialidad en Gijon, y contacté a Juan porque si bien el negocio no iba mal (ya que las ventas continuaban creciendo) el retorno económico y el profit nunca terminaban de aparecer. Comencé una mentoría para poder visualizar los fallos y obtener una segunda mirada sobre la cafetería en general. Debo decir que hasta ahora ha sido de gran ayuda, y sobre todo, porque estaba muy desmotivado y me ha hecho ver que realmente el negocio no va mal, sino que hay que ajustar ciertos gastos que cuesta ver y son los que te drenan día a día. También me ha dado un framework para encajar la administración del negocio y orientar nuestras compras adecuadamente. Muy buena comunicación.

I joined about a month ago
I joined Coffee Shop Launchpad when opening my own coffee shop was still just an idea. Since then, the project has developed into a real concept and I’m now discussing an actual location and negotiating the lease. The content has helped me look beyond the exciting idea of owning a café and understand the real business behind it, location, numbers, rent, operations, customer flow and all the decisions that come along the way. What I appreciate most is Juan’s personal involvement. He genuinely follows your progress, asks the right questions and shares practical advice from his own experience. I would especially recommend having a 1 on 1 conversation with him. It helped me answer many questions, challenge some of my assumptions and clear up worries that seemed much bigger in my head before talking them through. I’m still on the journey toward opening, so there is plenty ahead, but I’m very glad I joined Coffee Shop Launchpad early in the process. Thanks Juan for all the support so far!
