They haven't returned my money. It's been 9 days.
CryptoProcessing / CoinsPaid has been delaying a refund for 9 days after an unsuccessful payment. I made a payment through CryptoProcessing using USDT BEP-20 / BSC but because of the exchange withdrawal fee, the final amount received was 1 USDT less than required. After that, the CryptoProcessing system informed me that I needed to pay the missing amount. I immediately made a second transaction However, the system did not recognize the additional payment, changed the status to Time out, and offered me to request a refund. I filled in all the required refund details and submitted the form. The page stated that the refund could take up to 48 hours. Today is already the 9th day, but the refund has still not been processed. When I contacted support, they replied that they could not help me (!) and that I needed to contact the merchant. This seems extremely strange, because the funds were sent to an address provided by CryptoProcessing, not directly by the merchant. As far as I understand, the merchant only sees successful payments, so I do not understand why the issue of refunding stuck funds is being shifted to the merchant. I also contacted the merchant. The merchant told me that they had contacted CryptoProcessing about this issue, but there is still no result. I am asking CryptoProcessing / CoinsPaid to process the refund or provide an official and clear status regarding my refund request. All transaction data is publicly available on the blockchain, and I have saved all correspondence with support and the merchant. At the moment, the situation looks like this: the funds were received at an address issued by CryptoProcessing, the payment was not credited, the refund request was submitted, but after 9 days the funds have not been returned, and support refuses to handle the issue directly.
