On the website it says: Sign Up & Get 25 USDT Complete Your First Trade & Get 60 USDT But you get nothing after doing both these tasks. Scam marketing. Reply: I already did, and they did not help.

My Account Was Restricted Again After
My Account Was Restricted Again After Being Reinstated My CoinW account was previously restricted under Risk Control. The restriction was later removed, and I resumed using my account. Shortly afterwards, my account was restricted again. CoinW requested additional information from me, and I provided everything they asked for. CoinW later stated that certain transactions involving A-coin and MMT-coin were considered “abnormal arbitrage” based on similar trading strategies, frequent trading, timing, price levels, market conditions, and order-matching patterns. They requested 8,175.0773 USDT in recovery. I do not agree with this decision. I asked CoinW to identify the specific transactions involved, the exact rules applicable to those transactions, the evidence supporting the decision, and the calculation showing how the 8,175.0773 USDT amount was determined. I have been trying to resolve this matter with CoinW for months. I am asking for a transparent and fair review and for my full remaining account balance to be made available for withdrawal. I hope CoinW will resolve this matter and restore normal access to my account. If it remains unresolved, I will consider raising the matter through other relevant complaint and user-feedback channels. UİD: 26649105

CoinW skipped my first (and largest) withdrawal, then locked my account
I’ve been using CoinW for 8 years and my account is fully KYC-verified.(UID: 48589) On August 25, 2026, I put in 3 withdrawal requests. The first one was the biggest, followed by two smaller ones. For some strange reason, CoinW skipped and canceled my main withdrawal, but went ahead and processed the two smaller ones that I submitted afterwards. Right after that, they put my account under "Risk Control". I’ve done everything they asked for. I sent over my video ID verification, filled out their Source of Funds questionnaire, and provided solid proof of my personal assets. I just want a straight answer from CoinW: 1. Why did you ignore my first, largest withdrawal while approving the smaller ones that came after? 2. What exactly triggered this risk control flag out of nowhere? 3. How long is this review supposed to take? If CoinW can't fix this quickly and fairly, I'll take this up with relevant regulators and legal authorities. Posting this here to keep a public paper trail until CoinW gives me a real response.

Better think twice before you open an account here
Von Beginn an Probleme bei der Erstellung eines Accounts. Selbstverständlichkeiten funktionieren einfach nicht, es werden aber alle möglichen Daten zigmal abgefragt. Will man seinen Account löschen, soll ein Video hochgeladen werden, auf dem man mit seinem Passport wedelt. Riecht nach Spam, besser nicht...

CoinW Froze My Account & Funds Over A Simple Leverage Adjustment - UID: 26343423
I have been using CoinW normally, but as soon as I tried to adjust my leverage on Futures trading, their automated system locked my account (UID: 26343423). They refuse to allow a human review and are holding my remaining funds without providing a clear explanation or giving me a way to withdraw MY OWN MONEY. Customer support only sends copy-pasted automated templates. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a crypto exchange. Do not trade here if you value the safety of your assets. I demand that CoinW release my funds immediately.
