Best in class customer support ever
We really appreciate every minute the customer support team (Joyce and Jessica) dedicated to us, Cohausing Cabanyal coliving in Valencia. As a fresh starters in the coliving business, we tried different commercial platforms, including some of the very well-know ones. After a few months, and as our offer was rather little (only 12 rooms), we analized the situation and decide to do a stronger partnership with only one: coliving.com Decision weight was 75% just because of the customer support. The ladies were always there, by little incidents, big challenges and even sharing some best practices and recommendations. We even had a 30 minutes call every 6 months to review our performance and get some tips on how to increase the visibility of our business. Joyce and Jessica's support was extraodinary, they worked fast, consistently, with diligence, with a great support-oriented attitude, friendlines and kindness. I want also the thank and aknowlege them for their patience and commitment, they focused always on offering me a great experience with coliving.com along my entire 3 years of journey using the platform. It has been a tremendous been pleasure to sail the waves together with you in the same boat for the last years. Hopefully this is a "see you later" rather than a "goodbye". Stay safe, thanks for caring, keep being the amazing eople you are, and we wish you the best success ever, both profesionally and privately.

The location was wonderful. You could go to different restaurants, markets by walking. It Is close to one of the main avenues in CDMX.

I made a reservation and paid i. Full for a 30 day stay WITHOUT FULLY READING THAT I HAD TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH I DID NOT HAVE. BUUUT COLIVING.COM MADE IT VERY VERY EASY TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION AND WILL GIVEME A FULL REFUND KEPT ME IMFORMED DURING PROCESS AMONG THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD THANK U COLIVING.COM U FOR SURE HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE V\R SFC DAL U.S. ARMY RET
