I had a wonderful experience with Collector Square. Marine was incredibly helpful and responsive before my trip, and Frederique was so lovely, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit to the boutique. The whole experience was smooth, professional and enjoyable. I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely buy from Collector Square again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I sent my bag to them with all the certificates and original receipt, including original packaging. They failed to sell within 6 months. I requested a return and they sent me everything except the proof of purchase (receipt), all the original labels/tickets and original packaging. Not a good look for them! And, definitely not a happy client whose bag is worth less without the original certificates etc. Not happy at all. UPDATE – August 27 2026 Collector Square contacted me directly and made further efforts to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, they were unable to locate the original proof of purchase. They nevertheless offered a solution to resolve the matter, which I accepted, and the transaction has now been completed. I appreciate the fact that Collector Square took my concerns seriously, contacted me directly and ultimately found a way to resolve the situation. I am therefore updating my rating to reflect the fact that the matter has now been satisfactorily resolved.

après leur en avoir demandé l'estimation, j'ai confié la vente d'un bijou à Collector square. tout s'est passé de la meilleure faç, estimation très rapide, des réponses précises ont été données à mes questions avant signature du contrat. Collector s'est chargé de l'enlèvement du colis à mon domicile, et l'objet a été vendu très rapidement. 48h après le délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours dont dispose l'acheteur le montant de la transaction était sur mon compte. prestation très professionnelle, les interlocuteurs sont très aimables, compétents et à l'écoute ce qui est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. en conclusion, je suis très satisfait de cette expérience.
