Incorrect Sales Advice
Having never used CC I read through online reviews to get a feel for customer experience. I could see someone had previously placed an order, payment had been taken, and the item wasn't in stock. This worried me so I called sales to speak with them directly. I wanted to purchase a new EIZO screen, and they assured me they had a few in... I explained about the online review I had read, and why I was calling. All good was the response! As soon as I made the purchase I got an email to say the item wasn't in stock. This made me so mad, it was a couple of thousand taken out of my account, and I could see another company I usually use had a few in stock (I'd been waiting months for EIZO to start shipping these, and now I might miss the opportunity). I immediately sent an email to CC to flag this issue. To their credit customer service called me straight away to apologise and remedy the situation, and issue a refund. The outcome was I purchased a screen from another company, and had to juggle funds which was really inconvenient. In summary my sales experience was poor and customer service was great.

After-sales are a complete failure.
Fingers crossed nothing you receive is faulty. I bought a product that was faulty. Instead of taking responsibility they fobbed me off to the manufacturer. Even after I told then that their legal position was to deal with me and that asking me to deal with anyone else was illegal – my bank agreed and were about to go after them on my behalf for breach of contract. Don't bother deal thing with these no-name resellers. Go direct to the manufacturer or find a resellers name you've heard of. Whatever you do don't buy from these fly-by-night traders.

Excellent service all round!
Excellent service all round! Called to check the stock status of a BenQ Monitor, was informed it was in stock and placed my order. Sales person I spoke to advised that due to the Covid19 issue there might be a delay with UPS, however early next day the monitor was at my door! Fab service! Cheers
