I would give a 0 if I could
I would give a 0 if I could. I recently tried color street as one of my friends is a stylist. So far the strips have not failed, but the company and the customer services has. I ordered the "mystery box" membership because it appeared as though you received the first month as a trial. The trial never came. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the invoice I received just meant that I signed up in August and would received my first mystery box in September once it has been paid for. UM, NO! I replied to ask questions days ago. I sent multiple screen shots pointing out where it clearly stated the August box was free, but I am now being ignored. So, I have canceled the subscription and will no longer purchase Color Street products. After reading the reviews below, good ridden.

I LOVED Color Street
I LOVED Color Street. The quality, the colors, value for price. I especially loved my sales rep. I never wanted to be a sales rep. I know it’s MLM. Never felt pressured which was perfect. I wanted to be a customer and that’s it. Well not entirely true - I would always tell anyone who listened that they were the best thing since sliced bread. Then the huge blow came to all the women who had poured their dedication to Color Street. The brand was built on these amazing women. Some were actually able to survive and thrive. My rep always told us about the great retreats and community and that the president was a really cool guy. This man thought he could make even more profits for himself. Did he even think the customers would ever buy them again after stepping on so many woman? After the obvious greed and selfishness. This is what we have allowed to happen in this country right now. Or maybe we didn’t allow just got sideswiped. I never bought another set again. I’ve seen lower quality complaints. It’s disgusting and vile. Would I like to be rich? Of course but not at the expense of hurting so many people especially women. He and his cronies deserve the failure of the downfall of ColorStreet. Will it decrease their wealth enough. Probably not.

Bad customer service
I purchased mascara through a stylist, and one of the tubes arrived without a brush—making it completely unusable. The stylist contacted customer service on my behalf, but they refused to do anything about it. I’m extremely disappointed with their response. Based on other reviews, it’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reputable brand. It feels like they're more focused on taking customers’ money than providing quality service or products.

Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! I have bought Color Street since 2019. I bought new strips not long ago. What happened to these nail wraps! So thin, tear, roll, they dont come off the backing easily, in fact they tear in half. Terrible terrible product now days. Whatever color Street did sure is not a win. Will not repurchase these ever again. Will be on the hunt for something simular.

Did Not Stick – Very Disappointed with Color Street
I recently purchased the Toffee Nut nail strips from Color Street, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. Despite properly prepping my nails (clean, dry, and using the provided alcohol pad), the strips simply would not stick. I've been using various nail strip brands for a long time, so I know how the application process should go - this was not user error. I was excited to try Color Street given all the hype, but the experience fell flat. For the price and reputation, I expected much better quality. Definitely won’t be purchasing again.
