Not a good place…
I wouldn’t bother ordering as it says 95% of your olaplex order was damaged and sent me a silly tiny bottle of oil I don’t even need. Which cost the £29 I payed. Order to good to be true… trust me this is dishonestly above and beyond belief..

Do not place an order with this company!
Ordered some hair toner and developer which I needed quickly so paid £9.99 for next day delivery… This was two weeks ago and I still don’t have the item. The tracking information still says to be processed and since then I have emailed several times, gone on an online chat and I’ve had zero responses back from anybody. I’m knowing the process of claiming my money back through my credit card, which is just a pain that I didn’t want to do. I ordered the product from another website which did arrive next day. Do not waste your time, efforts or money with this company as they clearly are not bothered about your customer experience and at the moment to me I just want big scam that will take your money and you’ll never get the products!

Well what can I say. Placed my order on Saturday morning and received the item this morning. Have already coloured my hair and it looks amazing. To the seller: I cannot thank you enough! After I purchased the item contacted seller and asked whether they could get it to me for Monday. They have exceeded my expectations. The packaging was exactly as described boxed well, right colour and communication with seller was 5* Will save seller details to use in the future.
