Mail held but never released when it should have been
We ordered and paid $63.20 to have our mail held for 5 weeks until August 21st. After that time no mail was received. Two visits to the Post Office where the order was made and several phone calls to Australia Post's run-around chat-bot which couldn't recognise the subject of my complaint (in the absence of a human operator as they were always "very busy with other calls") got nowhere. I went to the local mail distribution centre a week after the mail should have been forwarded/delivered, to be told they don't deal with the public and I should go to the Post Office however they agreed to have a look and, voila! our back mail was sitting on a shelf in the sorting room. It hadn't been delivered because our regular postie was on leave they said. Obviously they don't have the systems in place to address this contingency. A very poor service indeed. If I hadn't gone to the distribution centre myself the held mail would still be sitting there for who knows how much longer. Not good enough Australia Post!!

The Australia Post parcel delivery…
The Australia Post parcel delivery service & tracking service is an incompetent service & total failure. Exactly like the major parties politicians are also a failure, these usless politicians have deliberately destroyed Australia Postal Service. The tracking system tells lies! Exactly like the major parties politicians! The Service tells you it will fix the problem but never does! Exactly like the major parties politicians they destroyed the system, then they tell you they will fix the system they broke! What joke!

$10 express letter 2 weeks no show
Paid just shy of $10 for express ship of a letter to be sent within the same state, 10 days later im being told the letter should arrive in another week and they refused to refund

They delivering to my door
They said it would be delivered to my door and if no one is home would be left in a safe place ..I was home all day but like always they dont deliver to the door instead they delivered someone else door hopefuly but they are not there for another few days so dont even know at this point if its been delivered at all ...stop saying you deliver to the door when your staff is to lazy and dont do their job

Missing items from parcels
I received parcel today and instead of two items i received only one item. The box was open no sticky tape on the box. When I tried to call Australia POst the chat does not work and when I called the phone dissconects as they are busy and can not attend to problem. The tracking is EY397469852US. Please could you provide evidence photo how the parcel was delivered. The sticky tape was on on one side of the box only. and one item received only.
