Non è possibile mettere zero? Mi hanno bloccato il conto e quindi "rubato" i soldi da più di un anno e parliamo di 10.000€. E, credetemi, non ho fatto nulla di male o sbagliato: facevo acquisti come tutti gli esseri umani normali e all'improvviso, facendomi fare una figura di m...a con l'esercente a cui stavo provando a pagare, di punto in bianco hanno deciso di bloccare tutto! Signori state lontanissimi da questi perchè sono ladri e io ho cominciato ad intentare una causa perchè è tutto così assurdo.

Worse company ever, you are left not being able to access your own money and customer services don’t answer for 5 days if they answer at all. Don not use this company.

WIREX 100% scammers
super unsinkable company of scammers, no one has influence over them and they do not obey anyone. They brazenly appropriate money and make their own capital turnover on it. As soon as you start complaining, they write a voluminous response letter indicating many paragraphs and this continues ad infinitum. WIREX 100% scammers

Account locked, 0 replies 0 explanations
My account has been locked for over 1 week, my money basically stolen. I submit support tickets every day,that they do not even bother to reply to. 7 days, 7 tickets, 0 replies and 0 explanations Money stolen. Been a user for over 1 year, only used their services while travelling. And without any explanation money stolen,account locked and 0 replies from support,0 explanations. Run from this site like the plague

Ticket number 6121210 Terrible Experience – Account Blocked Without Explanation and Funds Withheld I've been a Wirex user for several months, and I am extremely disappointed with the way they operate. Out of nowhere, they blocked my account without giving any explanation. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I only receive generic responses and no real answers. What’s worse is that they are still holding my money and won’t let me access it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. I trusted Wirex with my funds, and now I regret ever using their service. Avoid this platform if you care about your money and peace of mind
