Paid for a Google compliant plugin and…
Paid for a Google compliant plugin and premium support. Plugin does not work properly, even according to Google support itself, support desk doesn't respond to any form of communication except for their abismal AI agent that took almost a week to respond but only has 1 "answer" that it repeats twice and then stops responding. Had to order a full refund via PayPal because even asking for a refund doesn't work. Stay away from this company!

No response despite submitting multiple support tickets
We have been experiencing an issue for about a month where all of our clients receive a message stating that there is an error with our license. In our account, however, the license appears to be active and there do not seem to be any issues. In the meantime, we have submitted three support tickets and have also tried to get in touch several times by email. Unfortunately, we have not received any response so far. We hope that reaching out through this channel will finally get the attention of the Complianz team. Otherwise, we will have to start looking for an alternative solution for our cookie banner.

The first answer on a support request was by a chat-bot. This was not the best. Later Sahar replied on the support request. Excellent service, thank you very much, Sahar.

Great customer service
Great customer service When I couldn't figure it out using the documentation on the website, I contacted customer service. They responded quickly, and the representative walked me through the process step by step. Thanks to their help, it's working now! I would have given it 5 stars, but the documentation on the website leaves something to be desired.

Premium License and no support
I got premium license but got no support. Contacted them with error more than a week ago and got no aswer. Contacted again via AI chat that told me that they will get back to me and no answer. So yes I paid for plugin that is not going trough TCF validator and our AdOPS are telling us that problem is with the CPM. Useless license..
