Wrong item received. Support is not communicating
I received wrong item, but no one from support have replied to my email. Moreover, item is defective - it has logos glued in the back of shorts, not in the front. Update after 2 weeks: Support did not appreciate 1* review, but still do not communicate about raised issue.

If you are happy waiting
If you are happy waiting an unreasonably long time for your order, even within the UK, and you are happy communicating any problems by email only, as they dont have a customer service phone line, then go for it. If you are happy to wait an unreasonably long time for a response to a query, or better still, get no response at all until you write an adverse review, then knock yourself out. This company will also show your item having a tracking number for a week or more without actually having despatched it yet. I can't comment on the quality of the shirts because the unreasonable delay in shipping meant that I was out of the UK at the time of delivery. I am happy to keep providing Concept Kits with more honest feedback if they like, but I will most certainly not change the 1 star rating. My rating is for overall service. I cannot give an opinion on the shirts as I didnt get them. I alerted concept kits to the potential late delivery via email, and had they bothered to respond, I could have cancelled and had a refund. I was NOT kept informed, this why I provided a negative review. It was only after the negative review thaf Concept Kits reponded. Honest reviews are not always to a retailers liking. Deal with it.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHITE SORRY MENT SITE
Stay well clear took a month to deliver Emailed customer service many times telling them to cancel the order with in week heard nothing back from them got the order 2 days ago and requesting a return which will prob take a month and then another month to refund STAY CLEAR
