costumer service could be better, good device
es war gut, während ich’s benutzt hab. Der Customer Service nicht so gut. Und als ich dann canceln wollte, musste ich das Öfteren fragen, dass es passiert. Aber ansonsten hat’s echt gut funktioniert. Das Gerät hat immer mal wieder ein bisschen gebraucht, um ne Connection zu finden, wenn ich weitergefahren bin aber das ist das okay

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I can not stress this enough. They are mis-selling their product and I think are bordering on a scam company. I do not write reviews often but felt this is needed. We used their 5G europe plus package whilst travelling around Europe in our van, for £85 per month. The service is extremely unreliable. Whenever you move location it seems to stop working and you have to contact customer support, they will reply after a few hours and somehow manage to get you some connectivity, but usually extremely slow speeds (1MBPS to 8 MBPS). On numerous occasions it just stops working completely and you get an error code. I contacted customer support upwards of 20 times in 2 months. When I requested compensation they repeatedly ignore the requests, and when pushes say that concerns have been escalated to management - but nothing ever comes of it. When you ask to cancel they usually ignore, eventually you fill out a cancellation request form that they have to approve. Even after they informed me that I had sucessfully cancelled, I have been billed for another month.

Quick delivery and product works well. It is also small so I can carry in my pocket if necessary.

Not worth the money
I purchased the eSIM Extra plan, as it looked it would cover my needs. I had to travel across several European countries in 2 weeks time, so this looked like a good plan. It worked for 2 days straight before it suddenly stopped. I contacted their support team which took more than 3 or even 4 hours to respond. I needed the connection urgently, but they did not respond on time. I had to buy another eSIM from another provider, nearly as expensive as theirs, which was a heavy blow on my budget. I also had issues with that eSIM, but their support team responded in seconds and my issue was resolved on time. As ConnectPLS's team failed to respond on an urgent matter, I decided to cancel the subscription. I also requested for a refund but they just keep saying "their team is reviewing the request". I do not recommend this service as it's unreliable and the support is extremely slow and unhelpful.

Rapid decline - now just totally bad
Have had mobile hotspot (Europe Plus Package) for three years now, van living full time across Europe. First year it was working really well, the coverage was ok and their unlimited plan was unbeatable. The customer service was also wonderful. BUT, since spring/summer 2025 they have declined in every aspect. The coverage is super bad, even when staying in major cities. The hotspot reconnects constantly, and switches connection from quick to unusable without any apparent reason. The customer service is now just frustrating. They answer in anything from 5 minutes to three+ hours. In April 2026 we have had around 50% (!) downtime without any connection. Most of that time located in capitols. They only say "No worries, please" and ask you to reboot all the time. No solution holds. After a parody of service the last year, all they offered me is 14 days free use AFTER cancellation (!?). Being a loyal customer of 3 years, that is just insulting. Today, long after written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled by the end of April, they tried to pull £590 for another yearly subscription from my account (!). As it is at the moment, this closer to a scam.
