Solid technical support on a tricky issue
I had repeated cookie scan failures across several client websites. Sera from support went beyond the standard checklist and found the actual root cause: the host was rate-limiting the IP range used by their scanner. She enabled a permanent workaround on their side. It took several exchanges to get there but the diagnosis was thorough and the fix is permanent. That matters when you manage multiple client sites.

The support from cookieyes is truely …
The support from cookieyes is truely the best I have come across. I had a problem with 2 of my websites they would not fully scan. I sent a support email for help with details of the what I thought was the problem and within no time it was fixed. What surppised me the most was I am only using the free version and not the paid one. Get up the fantastic service.

Switched from OneTrust - Best Descision Ever!
Switching from OneTrust to CookieYes was probably one of the easiest, and best things, we ever did! Apart from the fact that the previous was trying to increase our annual charge ten-fold, their platform was incredibly hard to manage and configure, especially in a world of advanced consent. With CookieYes, there were no complicated templates, there was no working out what script version needed to be published or general faff. The portal is incredibly easy to use, allowing us to deploy and configure the cookie banner with ease - it's literally poles apart from other providers and is so easy to use. I recently reached out to support for help with something and had a response, with a full step-by-step guide on how to achieve what I wanted, within 1 business hour! Insane levels of support - the best I've had in a long while! Thanks CookieYes for being so awesome - keep doing what you do!
