Hélas,je suis aussi tombé dans le piège, dès réception je me suis aperçu que c'était un simple ventilateur et encore! J' ai immédiatement demandé un bordereau de retour,lettre morte, j' ai réitéré ma demande à 3 reprises en français et en Anglais. Site frauduleux avec de nombreuses ramifications.

It does not cool down the room or the preferred area. Rather it heats it up overall. I also ordered the hose and it still does not make a significant impact cooling the room down. I recommend a more powerful unit.

Keinen Stern- aber ohne geht`s ja nicht. Das Gerät kühlt nicht und hat nicht die Watt Zahl die bei der Videovorstellung beschrieben wurde - sondern es 1800 Watt. Das Geärt hat auch nicht das GS Zeichen. Es ist nicht möglich das Gerät zurückzuschicken. Reingefallen und Kaufpreis weg.

I just returned my Coolzy Pro and Igloo…
I just returned my Coolzy Pro and Igloo tent (official order EU35789) after finding that the product didn't work much better than a standard fan. After a delivery problem, in which the company only sent the Igloo tent but not the Coolzy Pro, the AC unit was eventually delivered to me in Barcelona a week later than expected. I tried using the Coolzy Pro both as a stand-alone unit and with the Igloo tent, running the AC unit for several hours at a time. While I understand that it is only intended to cool the area in front of the unit, I found that it barely did that. Even inside the Igloo tent, the temperature was reduced only a minimal amount, perhaps 1 or 2 degrees Celsius, and certainly not the 10 degrees claimed in the company's advertising. I was operating during daytime and nighttime temperatures around 32 degrees Celsius. Communication with the after-sales department was reasonably good, with a one-day delay because their offices are in Australia. Coolzy offered to send me a different unit in case the one I received was faulty, but ultimately, I just don't believe the product is effective. The air blowing from the front of the AC unit was marginally cooler than a regular fan, but not enough to cool me while I sat directly in front of it at my desk or on a sofa. It seems the product just doesn't work as advertised. As stated on the company's website, I had to pay for the return postage, which cost me about 55 euros. I will update this once I receive the refund, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this product. A good fan works just as well.

Es stimmt nichts.Nur ein Heizlüfter zu maßlos überteuerten Preis .Rücksendung und keine Antwort. Telefonisch unerreichbar. Auf Mails undSMS keine Antwort. Natürlich auch kein Geld zurück. Schamlose Abzocke.FINGER WEG!!!!!
