Ordered Silver bundle with carry bag light. When this had some production/delivery delay, and with us leaving on our holidays, they did a real effort to help us out ‘just in time’ with a different combi. And just looks Great. And with very stylish packaging if used as a gift. Recommendable!!

"So I've tried this thing a bunch of times now, following the instructions. What they don't tell you is that you apparently need to pour some of your glass first before sticking this into the wine bottle. Skip that step and the bottle overflows. Not great. You also need to make sure the wine's already chilled beforehand — this thing barely cools the bottle, if at all. Another issue: by the time you've poured your first two glasses, the bottle's basically empty already. Which makes me wonder what the cooling rod is even doing at that point. So yeah, not really sold on this product."

Great customer service
I backed this project on Kickstarter a while back. Like a lot of crowdfunded products, development hit a few bumps along the way, but what really stood out was how transparent and communicative the team was throughout. Regular updates, honest about setbacks, and clearly committed to getting it right rather than just shipping something half-baked. I had a minor issue on one of the cases, reached out, and their support team handled it quickly and painlessly. No runaround, no hoops to jump through, just a fair, customer-friendly resolution. It's rare to see a company follow through this consistently from crowdfunding campaign to post-purchase support. Definitely recommend.
