These dudes are rockstars
These dudes are rockstars. I messed something up during the install and their customer service team was on it. They remoted into my PC and were able to find and fix the problem. I will definitely do business with these guys again.

Excellent service
Bought a Coprint KCM lite upgrade kit and had issues with the probe not working correctly. After various troubleshooting and emails was done one of the Technician's (Diyar) reached out and I had a session with him. He provided the correct printer config files and also helped setting the bed min/ max ranges to the correct positions. He was available at a moments call and always responded professionally. I would highly recommend the Coprint tech-team service and would always be a returning customer due to this fact.

I have contacted support many times, the 5day shipping claim on the website was not right, it took over a month for me to get the product. Then I did not have time to install. Now I hade time a few days ago, installed (which was a pain in the ass to no very clear coding guide or video. So I contacted many times the company by email,but they keep ignoring me. So finally I got it running and instantly clogged, which is not quite high flow as coprint stated.. I messaged today again as well as yesterday and would like a human to reply and help me, or I want resistution as I am not satisfied with coprint as a company and product. Not even worth 1 star.. hard to install, no clear guide, no precision, many MANY clogs. Bought for my Ender 5 max,. The stock Creality hogend seems to be even better than this.. less clogs with that one. Don’t buy it if you want speed and power.. they advertise somewhere about 50mm3/s BUT at 30mm3/s the quality is very bad and even clogging big time, Messing up the day long prints.. What a shame, I like to return this to the company. Please contact me as I am dissatisfied and think perhaps your advertising is wrong! As on the website you state: -High speed 3D printing at 300 mm/s. but I got mayor clogs making printing at this speeds not able for me.. This is not a way to grow a good name for your company or product 🤡😥🤯
