Didn't really figure out how all the bonus stuff works here, but I liked the tournaments and daily challenges. Sent all tge right documents licence bills selfie etc to get verified waiting waiting then got email asking for more documents Really wtf red flag straight out so I sent em in all have been accepted by every other casino none ever do this I've got 1500 waiting to be approved went to do another withdrawal but said I couldn't as done my limit so I obviously played that 500 witch is why they do it so when will I get my 1500 so I can right a decent review but so far its been the worst experience I never take bonuses I deposited 50 fingers crossed I get paid

I deposited approximately €50 through Binance Pay and was allowed to register, play, and use the platform normally without any warnings or restrictions. However, when I attempted to withdraw, the casino raised issues regarding restricted-country eligibility, duplicate-account concerns, and KYC objections only after gameplay had already been allowed. I am not disputing winnings or requesting compensation beyond my original deposit. I simply requested a refund of the deposited amount because I believe it is unfair to accept deposits and permit gameplay before later enforcing eligibility restrictions. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with support and also through AskGamblers. The matter has now been escalated through the appropriate complaint channels. I hope the operator reviews the situation fairly and resolves it professionally.
