Awful company!
Awful company! Please don't waste your money. Firstly, the candle arrived with a scuffed label, and as it was a gift, i was disappointed. I smelled the candle and it smelt nothing like books, a library or even close. It just smells of horrible perfume. It took them over 24 hours to respond, and almost 2 days to respond to the following messages. Firstly, they said they'd accept the return, then because i said that as it's faulty i don't feel i should have to pay, they changed their mind and said they wouldn't accept the return. They couldn't even write a simple message well. Then they had the audacity to say thank you for your feeback, we aim to do better. I mean, what a joke!

Great smells
Had an issue in that my original order went walkabout and never arrived. However, as soon as I reported this I was sent the same products again without question. I love candles and the bookish aromas of these are my favourite for lighting during my podcast writing time. Also, can't fault the customer service.

Purchased 2 diffusers and honestly I can’t smell a thing unless I pour the oil into my nostrils. Why companies do this I have no idea. A complete rip off. Not sure where these reviews came from, I’m done
