Je ne mets pas en doute les avis précédents et ma fille a aussi été victime d'une box low cost qui était loin de tenir ses promesses. Elle a reçu une deuxième box malgré qu'elle se soit désabonnée et a été prélevée. Je lui ai conseillé de faire opposition. Cependant et d'où ma note: la deuxième box contient des merveilles et de qualité. Petit arrangement floral en fleurs de pierres fin et délicat, pochette en cuir, broderie, charme canard en cuir boite à mouchoirs en bois. Je reviendrai vers vous pour les boxes suivantes qui j'espère seront de la même facture. Donc en résumé Ne pas prendre la box low cost, ne pas faire confiance à la sélection ( mise en doute que vous receviez ce que vous avez sélectionné), si vous désirez vous désabonner faites tout de suite opposition. Pour le reste, les produits reçus dans la box V.I.P sont magnifiques, variés et de qualité. Avec un voeu pieu, c'est que ça dure...

They are now known as CRAFTBLY and after being ripped of under CRAFTJOY and arguing for my cancellation as I was unaware of the subscription - They waited three months, changed names and then charged my card again! Sending me another craft box - which I did not want ask for or need but I was told if I wanted to send it back I would get a refund once they had viewed it and returning it to them costs the same as a subscription! I cancelled my card and spoke to my bank who refunded me but beware they are very tricky!!!!

I cancelled my subscription back in April, only to have them restart my subscription today without prompting. Waiting for the payment to be authorised so that the back can pull the money back from them. The initial box I bought was absolute trash. Do not leave your card details on their site because they will use them without authorisation

Purchased what I thought was a one off box in February because it was half price, realised after then cancelled any future subscriptions which they did until they decided to trade under a different name of Craftbly and had an email say my box has been dispatched..this was the first I knew about it..emailed to explain I did not reorder the box as most defo wouldn't have ordered at £51 due to it not being worth it. Email back to say they will cancel any further boxes and no more money will be taken and that I should be excited to receive the box! WTH the box I knew nothing about and dont want! I responded and said this is an error on there side and for them to refund me...heard nothing back. Taken up a dispute with bank but because the box has already been sent looks like I may not get my money back. Utter SCAM stay away from this company they are thieves.

The products are something that can be purchased at dollar tree. I tried 1 box months ago and wasn't impressed. I promptly canceled my subscription. July 4th I was charged for a box that I did not order. When I contacted their customer service they acted like it was no big deal and said they couldn't cancel the box as it had been shipped out that day.
