Would be less but not an option. They sent my paint by numbers photo and it was awful. I tried to contact them about a refund and they never got back with me but were able to reply to my credit card company when I canceled the charges. Of course I didn't see it until after it was too late. Don't bother with this terrible company. I would spit on them if I could

Ran out of paint
Beautiful canvas and subject. However I ran out one color. According to the website they will send another. After sending two messages asking for another little container of one color I have yet to get a response. Unable to to complete the painting.

I bought a custom kit..
*Update...contacted customer service and they have redone my picture and a new one has been shipped. Hopefully the colors will be correct. I bought a custom kit... A paint by number of my sister's dog. Cuz I started on head of the dog, I realized very quickly that the colors were way too dark. Pictures of a papillon with a lot of white on its face. All of the white patches are done in a darker gray. While the picture may be cute when I get it finished it looks nothing like my sister's dog and will not be suitable as a gift. I contacted the company within days of starting the kit with my concerns. The reply that I received was a bunch of gobbly gook about digital reproductions. I was then encouraged to finish the painting and if I still didn't like it to recontact them. I am not happy especially for what I paid for the kit. I will never order from this company again.

Bad quality
I am very disappointed with their quality. It has actually taken the joy out of painting. This is my first time trying Craftoria and their quality is not as good as other suppliers in the same price range. It is not a canvas, but plastic to paint . The paint is so thick that it has to be applied in blobs. If you dilute it so that it can be painted, it is half average. Also, there is not enough paint in 3 of the colors so far, so I have had to use from previous painting kits. All in all, a bad experience.
