Persevere to get your money back
I ordered several shirts all described as linen. I had ordered these same shirts last year and I knew that they were cotton and not linen. However they were so lovely that I was happy with the experience and material. Delivery this year consisted of 4no. cotton shirts (described as linen - but acceptable) and 2 synthetic shirts that looked and felt nothing like linen or cotton. I wrote to complain requesting the money back for the two shirts. Eventually after 15 emails sent to them over a period of 8 weeks, the company agreed to refund the money. Previous emails from the company had suggested I take a small proportion of the refund only. If you decide to order from this company which I would advise you don't and you receive products not as described and therefore not completing there side of the contract I suggest you persevere and eventually you might get your money refunded. Another complaint is that no matter how many times you request your email address to be taken off their marketing emails, they keep on sending them to you
