I ordered 2 stencils on 2 different…
I ordered 2 stencils on 2 different days, both were ordered a week before each of the funerals and neither one got delivered before any of the funerals, the funerals were gone before they arrived together, plus it was hard to get in contact with the company as they do not provide a number, they knew there was a postal strike and didn’t offer me the so called next day delivery that they also use aswell as Royal Mail, it was just a mess from start to finish, the company offered me next day service and now claim they didn’t offer it. They just wanted my money as they could of said it won’t get to you intime cos of the strike, but no they just added the other stencil knowing it would not get to me next day as they had offered.

No Communication
I really hate to have to resort to writing a review to get a response, but I’ve reached out multiple times about my order with no communication in return. There was no tracking information provided when my order shipped 15 days ago and I’d simply like to be able to see where the package is . Can someone please get back to me? The order number is #334. Thank you.
