Excellent outil pour créer des vidéos marketing rapidement
J’utilise Create Studio depuis plusieurs mois pour créer des vidéos publicitaires et du contenu pour les réseaux sociaux. Franchement le logiciel fait gagner énormément de temps, surtout avec les templates et les personnages animés. L’interface est assez simple même pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas éditeur avec un rendu propre et moderne.

bought 'forever' bundles and upsells, still have to buy more credits.
The fact there is a giant "this company is displaying trust pilot content in a misleading way" card on their landing page here is all you need to know. I am one of many who bought the 'forever' package with all the upgrades and now that I re-installed after not using for a couple of years v4.0 only gives you 12 credit. I stopped using this because it's clunky and difficult and slow. I wanted to try another project and ran into this credit problem. You get what you pay for and these scammers are a master at giving you "oh, but for only $12 more you get 1000 more scenes!!!". Don't give these guys a cent.

Nope never again
Nope never again Had the all access pass and it recently ran out. I was aware that certain features would not be available anymore. What I wasn't aware of is that I couldn't open any files anymore that included material from the all access pass. I organized videos that I needed for the final video within the software. Now that I can't access the files anymore, all my needed base videos are lost and I have to pay for another month all access pass to open them again and extract them. I tried customer service but ended up with an AI that repeated how much it understands my feelings. Feels like a scam. So thank you for nothing and I hope this review helps others to make smarter decisions!

Been charged for 2 years without any…
Been charged for 2 years without any way to cancel the sub. they switch portals and the only way i can cancel is to get a new credit card. terrible company. sent email and no reply. I know there are lot of reviews online but I can certainly tell you it's fake.

A product that belongs in the past, even if relentlessly marketed.
I purchased CreateStudio with a lifetime licence a few years ago. The idea of doing motion graphics with animatable characters, synced to voice, seemed like a good idea at the time. I was hoping that the hype they generated around CreateStudio might be matched by innovation. Sadly, it is still stuck in the old world of weirdly dysfunctional cartoon characters with creepy expressions and gestures. A character animation made in CreateStudio always looks childish. I cannot think of one professional context where their character output would look suitable. What IS modern about CreateStudio is the marketing of upsell deals and licenses. Indeed that seems to be the purpose of CreateStudio and PhotoVibrance these days (both now owned and sold by Banzai International Inc.). However, the aggressive upselling of elements that should already be included with your CreateStudio license can quickly become obnoxious. It's the end of 2025 and motion graphics have moved on a long distance from CreateStudio. Other products produce AI characters - synced with voice - that are virtually indistinguishable from real video. CreateStudio animation is stubbornly stuck in the past. I would give it two stars for its basic 2d motion effects, when those actually work as expected. But I'll remove one of those stars with the same speed they use when removing customers from their official Facebook support group for critical feedback. I have been holding off writing this review for some time, but if it helps even one other person to stay off the slippery slope of CreateStudio disappointment and upsells, then my time was well spent.
