Arnaque!
J'ai commandé un panier le 11 juin et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Le 18 juin, le vendeur me dit que ma commande est expédiée d'Allemagne. Le 25 juin, de nouveau le vendeur me dit qu'au final elle vient seulement d'être expédiée. Je demande les informations de suivi à deux reprises, aucune réponse! J'avais déjà commandé en 2024 via Amazon et j'avais pas eu de souci. Mais vu que la taille du panier n'était plus vendue sur Amazon, je suis allée directement sur leur site officiel. Une arnaque! Heureusement que Paypal va me rembourser. Mais site à fuir!!!

Fraud! Scam! Do NOT order from here!
They advised at time of placing order that orders would arrive to the US in 3 weeks. I have contacted them numerous times with lies and nasty attitudes and replies from both Patrick and owner rebecca. They refuse to provide any tracking information they refuse to provide any confirmation that my order ever shipped they refuse to refund and they have the nastiest email responses ever. Do not order from this fraudulent scam company they will steal your money they will lie email after email and you will never get your product then they will refuse to ship your product again because they never shipped it in the first place don't waste your money creative pet Alliance UK LTD is a fraud they're being reported to all United States governing authorities as well as UK governing authorities for their scam and fraud and stealing

Communication and delivery status issues
I ordered a Pack Leader collar 3 weeks ago and when I asked for the tracking information (so I wouldn't have to download the Shop app) I was told the collar is being sent from Germany and will take 3 weeks to be delivered. After 2 weeks I did download the Shop app to see where the package is and the status is still "Preparing Shipment"! So it's been 3 weeks and they haven't even shipped the collar! The company has been terrible about providing updates and the updates I do see make me think I'm being ripped off. Honestly, I wish I could give 0 stars.

Cannot trace my order as per tracking number. e-mailed and asked where and on what site must I track my order as I ordered on the 12th October and it is the 5th November *- 3 weeks.
