I made a big order with cribstar and…
I made a big order with cribstar and forgot to apply the summer voucher which got money off. They refunded me the difference. They are so honest and will always respond very quickly. The writing I chose they advised me to swap if it wanted capitals. I would not order from anyone else for personalised items and all items are always such good quality.

Ordered three personalised caps for…
Ordered three personalised caps for delivery to Belgium. After dispatch, Bpost requested an additional €38.78 in import charges before delivery. This was unexpected, as Cribstar's delivery page states: "All taxes and duties are paid at point of purchase so there should be no taxes, duties or anything extra to pay when your parcel is delivered." I contacted customer service to clarify the situation but have not received a response. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the unexpected additional costs have made this a disappointing experience.

Random exchange
Was sent a random cheaper item in exchange for another that I purchased with a note on the shipping label noting out of stock. No prior contact attempted before shipment just a surprise exchange leaving me with an item I didn’t want.

Poor customer service if you have an issue
First of all I want to say I love the insulated water bottle I bought for my son on recommendation from another mum. However, reasoning behind the 1 star review is that when I cleaned the bottle using fairy washing up liquid and clean water it discolours the bottle leaving marks (looked like colour run in the material of the plastic) all over the main part of the bottle. I contacted the customer service email and was ignored. I then followed up chasing the initial email and to which they finally replied and very short blunt email offering me 20% off when I had just received a 15% off voucher anyway as standard marketing. I requested the bottle was replaced as clearly a manufacturer issue and again ignored which is not great. If you have an issue with your product just make the assumption now it won’t be resolved!!
