No customer service and no response to warranty claim - AVOID
I had a problem with my bag and the company has repeatedly failed to respond to my emails (you are required to email them to initiate a warranty claim as per their own policy). If you buy a bag from them, do not expect them to honour their claimed warranty - they are lying to you. I also reached out to Crumpler Australia. They explained that Crumpler Europe is now a completely different company and they have no control over them. Clumpler Europe are ruining this brand. I will never purchase another bag from Crumpler.

This is a no support company
This review confirms what others have experienced namely if you have a problem with the bag the company do not reply to your e mails. None of their customer service or even German direct dial numbers work. So my advice is however good the bag might be don't buy it because Crumpler based on my experience are a no support company. I will be reporting this to the European Trading authorities.

Faulty bag / No response from seller
I bought a £120 rolltop back pack from Crumpler UK but the stitching on the bottle holder failed. Following the instructions on their website I emailed multiple addresses with request for a repair/replacement as they advertise a 5 year warranty. I've been resending emails and filling in their website contact form for 6 months and still had no reply. They have no UK phone number. Avoid if you want a usable warranty!

Fake brand beware
Fake brand beware - this is a copy and of Australian crumpled - of you look at terms it's registered name is Bagmania GMBH I bought a bag, the zipper broke, I followed their 5 year warranty process and never heard back. I then sent emails to every email I could find and didn't receive a single response. This is a fraud scam website - I've reported to the EU as they operate from Germany.
