transaction is pending for 1,5 years now
ridiculous. they are holding my 6651 satoshis hostage. I know it isn't much but I earned it through mining and it's mine! they are not replying to emails although I sent them my account number and screenshots with proof. I withdrew on Mon 06 Jan 2025. status: confirmed and processing. now check the journal page. last Bitcoin transaction on the blockchain was in October 2025. I cannot even cancel the transaction so I can send to the NC Wallet. they quietly removed the cancel button..... *Update* your automated responses are utter bullshit, and you know it damn well. all you do is lie, deceive and stall. up until October 2023 all my transactions went through. I never did anything wrong nor was I flagged for any "potential violations". it all started in 2024 when I had to cancel my transaction because after I had waited for a week, nothing happend. it was unusual so I did a new transaction. this time I waited for 9 months (!) and still nothing. so I aborted the second try and thought, third time's the charm. I started a new transaction in January 2025 and I'm waiting ever since. you have screenshots, my user ID and all the proof you need but my transaction is sitting there, idle, allegedly "confirmed" and "processing". I have had 8 reports open on your cbteamsupport.atlassian.net Help Center (submitted through the link you keep posting). one by one you mark them as "resolved" when in fact the very same transaction is still sitting there and I did not receive my Bitcoin yet. as mentioned, CryptoTab's last transaction on the blockchain was in October 2025. no onchain activity for 10 months now. and you want to tell me, that's normal? stop fooling people and do what you have to do. start paying!

I had made some money here and now I can’t withdraw the money that I made. I put the withdraw address in correctly and yet the money didn’t move. Do not use this browser, it’s a gimmick.

If I could zero star them I would!
If I could give this company/site zero stars, I would. I used this app for almost an entire year with no withdrawal problems whatsoever. And then they started getting stuck and taking longer, I was able to cancel my pending withdrawals and I got 2 to go through, and then after that every single one got stuck on processing, I canceled my withdrawals, trying to get it to work like I did only twice, and now, not only is it stuck on processing, but the confirmation email never came through either so now without my being able to confirm the withdrawal I now no longer have the ability to cancel my withdrawal either. Customer Support is a god damned joke, fake not even real people, cuz they certainly dont do their jobs. This is now been my problem for over 2 years, and since this happened I have contacted support regularly. I still religiously contact support hoping that there might be any single real person that will actually do their job and fix my problem but unfortunately, they are liars and will do nothing to help. They definitely completely ignore withdrawal request problems, and they wont do shit to help you get your money back. I can not wait for the day a class action lawsuit gets taken against these people. I hope they get taken for every last thing they have and get shut the f down for good.
