Their loyalty program is absolutely pathetic. I mean it’s almost insulting! The more loyal you are, the less they reward you… If they could figure out the correct way to reward loyalty, they would be the best casino on the internet.

Im playing here for more then 1 year…
Im playing here for more then 1 year never got issue before yesterday i placed 2 bet in aviashow and money was detucted for 3 round same amount of around 70 dollar bet in aviashow can only placed 2 bet so how can i placed 3 bet in one round in game history there not showing any bet. But in transaction shows money gone if i had placed the bet ut should show in game history they just give me excuse that can be technically issue what kind of excuse there is only option for 2 bet to placed in one round how can they take money for 3 bets they dont have answers i contacted also via chat they just ended the chat that decision is final wow i mean wow i placed more then 200k bet here they just doing like this not gonna play ever here

"security checks"
Created an account, made my first deposit, hit a couple spins in. Tried to withdraw and it was cancelled they said I had to wager my deposit which I did. Tried to withdraw again and they told me the withdrawal had to go through "security checks". They can't tell me how long this will take. Don't waste your money on them. Who knows if they'll pay me or not but I doubt it.
