Paid off $19.87 debt after trade reversal, but support refused to check P2P logs and kept $200+ balance

I am submitting this review after facing extremely unfair treatment from CSGO-SKINS.COM support (User ID: #5675572). On August 17, trades for items worth $150–$200 were accidentally cancelled on Steam. Support agent Viki told me that in order to resolve the issue, I first had to pay off a $19.87 precredit debt. I immediately deposited $19.87 to clear my account standing in full. However, right after receiving my deposit, support sent automated template responses claiming they could not restore my item or balance because "the supplier didn't return the item". Key facts: 1. Steam Trade History clearly shows the status: "Items returned to previous owner". The trade was cancelled, and items returned directly to the sellers' Steam inventories. 2. Because the P2P transaction failed, CSGO-SKINS was never charged by the P2P provider for these items. 3. Support agents (Viki, Bartosz) completely refuse to escalate the issue to senior management, review the P2P transaction logs, or acknowledge that the site lost no money on this trade. Taking my $19.87 debt clearance payment and then hiding behind automated copy-paste replies to keep $200+ worth of cancelled trade balance is unacceptable. I urge senior management to inspect my P2P transaction ID and credit the equivalent balance back to my account. UPD: The company replied below claiming they bear no responsibility for their own third-party suppliers. I fulfilled my end by paying the $19.87 balance as requested, yet I ended up with neither my money nor my items. Steam trade history clearly shows the items returned to the system trader, but the site simply shifts its internal partner risks onto the customer and refuses to provide even site balance compensation. Draw your own conclusions — if any issue arises, they will simply blame their provider and leave you empty-handed.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding this situation. Before you made the $19.87 payment, you were informed that settling the precredit balance did not guarantee the recovery of your previously withdrawn items. We agreed to make an attempt to recover them, but clearly explained that successful recovery depended on our supplier. Unfortunately, our supplier did not return the items to us. Therefore, we cannot return items to your account that we did not receive back ourselves. The fact that Steam shows the items as “returned to previous owner” does not mean that they were returned to CSGO-SKINS or that we received them from the provider. The $19.87 payment was made to settle the outstanding precredit balance created by the reversed deposit. It was not a payment in exchange for a guarantee that the withdrawn items would be recovered. We understand your frustration, but the claim that we took your payment and then simply refused to return items is misleading. We attempted to recover the items, but unfortunately our supplier did not return them to us.

I won an MP9 | Starlight …

I won an MP9 | Starlight on CSGO-SKINS.COM and the item was added to my site inventory at a price of around $2. The problem is that I cannot withdraw the skin. The website shows the skin in the Exchanger, but the support told me that the price of items in the site inventory is permanently fixed at the moment the item is won. According to support, the current market/site price can become too different from the fixed inventory price, and in that situation they cannot purchase the skin for the required price, meaning I cannot withdraw the item I actually won. I specifically asked support how I could receive my skin. Their answer was that I should wait until the price changes enough for them to be able to buy it. However, they also told me that the price of my inventory item is fixed and will never change. I asked them to show me where this inventory price rule is stated in their Terms & Conditions, because I could not find it. Their Terms say that skin prices in Cases and the Exchanger may vary over time and that prices are determined in real time, but I could not find a clause stating that items in the user's inventory have a permanently fixed price. The support agent did not provide a specific clause and instead repeated that inventory prices are fixed. I don't want to exchange the skin for another item. I won this specific skin and simply want to withdraw it. I am posting this review because I think users should be aware that, according to their support, an item you win may become unavailable for withdrawal if its current price changes significantly, while the price in your inventory remains fixed. I have screenshots of the conversation and the relevant Terms & Conditions.

We would like to clarify that item availability for withdrawal depends on current provider availability and pricing, which can change over time. An item appearing in the Exchanger does not necessarily mean that the same item is currently available from a provider for direct withdrawal at the historical inventory value. In situations where the value of an item has changed significantly since it was won, there may temporarily be no suitable provider available to fulfil the withdrawal at that value. This does not mean that the item has been removed or that you have permanently lost it. As support explained, the item may become available for withdrawal again when the relevant market/provider conditions change. We understand that this can be confusing, particularly when the inventory value and current market value differ. We also appreciate your feedback regarding how these conditions are communicated and will take it into consideration. If you still wish to withdraw the exact MP9 | Starlight, we recommend contacting support again if its withdrawal remains unavailable, so they can check the current availability for your specific item.

Please don't gamble your money on this site! Whenever you play a casebattle and you wait for a person to join there always joins a bot! He usually has around 10 hours on cs only and never loses an case battle against you. They use their own so called 'Real person' that always steals your money! Don't do casebattle's on this site!!!

There is no system that creates or controls opponents to influence the outcome of battles. Likewise, there are no "real person" accounts operated by us to take users' money. If you see players with low playtime or limited public Steam profiles, that simply reflects their own accounts and does not affect the outcome of battles. Every battle is resolved according to the same displayed mechanics and probabilities for all participants. We understand that losing multiple battles can make it feel like the system is unfair, but the results are not manipulated against individual users. We appreciate your feedback, even though your experience was disappointing.
