Worst experience in my life for such an expensive ourchase
I would give this company zero if I could. I ordered the mini cub 30” deck from Home Depot online. It came crated in a partially destroyed box from Estes Express shipping. After opening the box we found no Owners Manuel’s, Safety Manuel, or instructions for assembly on how to put the parts on the riding lawn mower. Followed online Instruction Manuel only to find out after putting it together, a whole pack of hardware to attach the seat was also missing. After 13 calls to Cub Cadet and requesting the Hardware packet and told it was ordered and will arrive 5-7 business days over and over again from the same male person in parts with an accent only to find out today from a female that there was never a work order placed under my phone number or account number. I will be having Home Depot ship this whole mower and double bagger back for a full price refund and urge you never to do business with this company. Home Depot needs to get the message and get rid of this vendor!!!!!

Cub cadet riding mowers are not your grandpa's cub cadet anymore... the new cub cadet is like buying a mower from China off of temu. I paid a little over $2500 for a new riding mower. I get it home it won't start I call they say trickle charge it. That let it start once and It has to get jumped to start. I take battery to battery world they say it's only 7% they charge it for 2 days and it's still only 7%. So I bought a new mower but not a new battery I guess. WAIT THEIR IS MORE I just bought this mower and can you believe it's leaking oil all over my garage floor.. this can't be real. It also leaves an uneven cut in the lawn. I decided to look at reviews on this cub cadet riding mower and what do you k ow everyone has oil leaking uneven cut and battery issues. I tried to leave a review with cub cadet twice and the said my review would not be submitted. Don't buy cub cadet and always look at reviews BEFORE you buy.

Parts missing from order
I ordered a part from cub cadet because I didn't want an off brand after market piece. I get my part and it was supposed to come with self tapping screws, why!! Too expensive to have it done there. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to get the screws and then mow my already tall grass. Not going to get done before I go on vacation. Additionally why do they charge you twice. Once when we order it and again when they send it our only to suppose to credit it to you in 24 hours. Not good for the company "brand" everybody is so concerned about these days. Just get the job done the first time.

2025 XT1 purchased October 2025. Within the first use, the headlight plug assembly kept unplugging. It was not attached to any solid part and just simply flapping about. I zip tied it. The hood is out of alignment and never shuts into its intended place without intervening and forcing it into place. As of today, the drive belt snapped with significant wear. My last Cub was sold after 19 years with the same drive belt from the factory, if that tells you anything about the newer models. All of the Cub dealers are 4-6 weeks for service due to their workload, which is perhaps is another indicator of the newer model quality. I can not recommend this mower. At an MSRP of $3K and unusable within the first 50 hours-unacceptable for ANY brand, much less a Cub. Shameful.

I don't want to give single star also, product is good.but vendors of cub cadet who is delivering product not giving proper service,one vendor from kolhapur picked my machine for repair (picked machine from Goa) now after repairing he is saying that if you want machine then pick from Kolhapur.we purchase seven machines from him but when we purchase one machine from other vendor,he stop the service.which is not good,as it's showing he wants to do monopoly.Also i don't know why deck tension spring getting damage within month.The vendor from Bangalore is also not good
