I am posting this review with regret
I am posting this review with regret. I recently sent off a cue to have a titanium ferrule fitted. The cue went in with a 9.5mm ferrule and tip and the cue came back with a 9.25mm ferrule and 8.7mm tip . At no point was it discussed with me that the ferrule would be smaller.When I sent the cue in I put a note on the cue delivery to say the ferrule and tip size was 9.5mm and that if the cue is cut down to take the ferrule I could go up to 9.75mm, not 9.25mm. I have been offered another ferrule replacement ferrule but that will leave the cue shorter in length severely effecting the balance point of the cue. I am now in a position that I will have to try and sell off the cue at a loss and had to purchase a new cue at £500 I am still in discussions with Cuecraft to see if all this can be sorted out but I have to say I am very dissappointed.

I recently had a hybrid snooker cue custom made by Cue Craft, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first conversation to the final delivery, the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from the cue and were always happy to answer questions or offer advice throughout the process. The finished cue is absolutely outstanding. The weight and balance are impeccable, and the moment I started playing with it I could tell it had been crafted with real care and precision. It feels perfectly natural in the hand and plays like a dream—smooth, controlled, and incredibly responsive on the cue ball. What impressed me most was not only the craftsmanship, but also the level of customer service. They genuinely care about getting everything right for the player, and that level of attention makes a huge difference when you're ordering something as personal as a cue. If you’re considering a custom snooker cue, I would highly recommend Cue Craft. Fantastic craftsmanship, superb balance and playability, and a team that truly goes the extra mile for their customers.
