Return problem

I am trying to return an item but the returns portal comes up with the message 404, can’t be found. I have emailed you a few times now but you haven’t answered my emails. I am trying to return the item but I feel as if you’re trying to prevent me from doing so by ignoring my attempts to contact you.

Bad refund policy

Bad refund policy for a company who’s only selling online. Did cost me a lot of money unfortunately Update after reply from Cultsurfing: that’s true about the refund policy. It’s on your website. But if you only offer the option to order online, my opinion is that the costs are way too high. Of course i hoped the product would be good for me so i would not have to send it back but unfortunately it wasn’t.

I would avoid buying anything from this retailer. Our experience has been nothing short of dismal. The product we ordered (seat covers for a VW Transporter plus seat belt covers) was poor quality, ill fitting and uncomfortable to sit, despite the vehicle in question is on their compatibility list. The quality was a big problem, I would liken it to something you can buy off Temu or Shein for a quarter if the price. The cover completely blocked access to the storage area underneath the bench seat. To get to anything underneath, the entire cover has to be completely removed, which is extremely impractical. In addition, the driver's seat cover does not sit flush and continually bunches up right behind my back, making it very uncomfortable to drive. Not only did we have to pay to return the item, but they haven't lived up to their promise and we didn't recieve a full refund, they took back their original shipping cost - which isn't . Their restrictions on returning are a joke as well. Don't waste your time or money, we had to fight to get back a particial refund. In short, crap product from a crap company.

All information regarding compatibility, product features, materials, photographs and limitations of our seat covers is clearly and transparently available on our website for customers to review before making a purchase. Our seat covers are advertised as compatible. They fit, function and protect the seats, which is the primary purpose of purchasing seat covers. In fact, there are many other vehicles that we deliberately do not include in our compatibility guide because they feature storage drawers or control panels underneath the seats. On some vehicles, the covers are not long enough to cover these areas, which is why we choose not to recommend them. In the case of the Volkswagen Transporter, this is the first negative review we have received after years of selling seat covers for this model. We have also applied our returns policy exactly as published on our website. The same policy applies to all customers and is available for anyone to read before making a purchase. Ich habe einen Ford Transit Custom 2018

Ich habe einen Ford Transit Custom 2018 Hierfür habe ich den Single Seat, Double Seat und die passende Armlehne bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell. Die Bezüge passen sehr gut und sind einfach aufzuziehen. Da die Öffnung für die beiden äußeren Sicherheitsgurte nicht mit Klett zu öffnen sind, müsste ich diese einfach abschrauben und durch die vorhandene Öffnung im Bezug führen. Das war kein Problem, aber vielleicht könnte man diese Öffnung auch mit einem Klettverschluss versehen. Toller Stoff und sehr gute Verarbeitung. Dafür kann ich einfach nur 5 Sterne plus vergeben. Sofort entsteht eine chillige Atmosphäre! Einfach Klasse und für die Qualität ein sensationelles Preis Leistung Verhältnis …
