I would like to recognize Daniela Baigorri from the Business Development Department at Customily for the outstanding support she has provided me. Daniela has taken the time to answer every question I had thoroughly and professionally. What truly stood out to me was her willingness to follow up after our email exchanges to make sure I fully understood everything and did not have any additional questions. That level of customer care is very rare today. She even went above and beyond by creating a short tutorial video specifically for me, walking me through several points I needed help with in a very detailed, clear, and easy-to-understand way. Her patience, communication skills, and genuine desire to help made a huge difference in my experience.
