Worst site is bc game and bc wallet coin . I got 500 bc game coins and withdrawn into cwallet. And I’m unable to swap to usdt or usdc from cwallet app. And what’s the use of bc game coins . Worst experience. Don’t play in bc game .

5 star review for cwallet customer care support appreciate it 🔥 Today on 3 August mine cwallet got a msg regarding suspicious transaction and it got suspended then i outreach the support team via mail and in app support i was worried after seeing trust pilot review on it tbh 😭 but in 6 hour i submitted all the documents of mine and then wallet restrictions removed easy process. Thanks for you help! To all the customer genuinely support us good don’t see these reviews it might be late but solution 100% 🔥

Title: WARNING: Deceptive UI, Unlicensed Betting, and Financial Fraud Review: Stay away from this platform! Cwallet is operating an unregulated sports betting/prediction market disguised behind standard financial MSB licenses (using entities like Amarium s.r.o. in Slovakia and Websea Global in Canada). They do not have a legitimate gambling license. Here is their technical scam: They use a deceptive User Interface (UI) to trap your money. During a match, their system deliberately keeps the betting market visually OPEN and ACTIVE during extra time. They allow your bet to look like it is still in play, baiting you to keep your funds locked. However, when the match finishes, they retroactively apply a "90-minute only" settlement rule to steal your stake, claiming the system worked "correctly." If a bet is strictly for 90 minutes, the platform should automatically lock or settle the bet at the 90th minute. Intentionally leaving the market open during extra time is a classic bait-and-switch fraud designed to steal user capital. When confronted with screenshots of this UI manipulation, their customer support responds with robotic, copy-pasted templates blaming "data partners" and refusing to take responsibility. They are exploiting regulatory loopholes to run a predatory prediction market . Do not trust them with a single dollar. Your money is not safe here.

I have crypto assets in my CWallet. I cannot withdraw the assets due to violation of their terms. Which I agreed and admitted to. But no response from support or a robot would respond. Its been years now. Still Im unable to move my assets.
