Great Biking Vacation
This is what a biking vacation should be. My husband and I loved it. The communication was fast and easy. The app for routes was awesome and super easy to use, it worked well all 4 days on our trip. Getting all the information a few weeks before allowed us to review the recommendations and plan our trip. The bed and breakfast places they reserved were excellent too. It is great to see local businesses coordinating to provide full service for tourists, it made it so simple for international travelers like us. I assume because we are not in England the payment was a little complex but since we booked plenty of time in advance and the communication was clear and timely it wasn't that big of a deal.

Well organised but a way off perfect.…
Well organised but some routes were repetitiveand a couple of the nights’ accommodation were not great; especially given that there were better options nearby and we did book very early.

Cycle breaks with care and commitment
The holiday was forged out of another company letting myself and my cycle buddy down, with weeks to go. I had not considered Suffolk as a destination, but so pleased I rang Suffolk cycle breaks for help to piece together an alternative break. From the get go, Andy was amazing. I told him the dates and days, distances and number in my group needing a holiday, and he said I could leave it to him, and he'd get back the next day. True to his word, he came back with two suggested routes, a route of the correct mileage a day, accommodations sorted and luggage transfer and cycle support as well. My buddy and I were so pleased and we were within our budget and with an extra evening cycle on our arrival day, we were not expecting. The routes were scenic, interesting and the app we followed was easy to use and, along with the pre-ride information, showed us good cafe stops. ( do double check opening day and times for some destinations). Our surprising and most unusual cycle was past the super long 'crinkle crankle wall' (cycle past I urge you). If anyone gets to Woodbridge, do visit HMS Vale and the cafe afloat in the Harbour area. Quirky and good. All accommodations were very good with excellent restaurants.( do make sure any dietary requests are direct to the hotel/ pub as a reminder to them). The scenery was rural and big. Roads carefully chosen to be as cycle friendly as possible, use of designated 'quiet lanes' a good addition to the routes. All information given to us on booking and for the trip was clear, helpful and sufficient. I would not hesitate to book with Suffolk cycle breaks again. I recommend them, and want to bring family. Andy would do his best to tailor make a suitable time for any group's requirements .

Reliable bikes from friendly people
Great bikes, reliable and in good condition. The company people are very friendly and supporting with maps, tools and hints for our bike trip. The booking process was easy, the location is not too far from a station and next to a pretty cafe. Thank you for this great experience!

We would highly recommend cycle breaks…
We would highly recommend cycle breaks as our three night holiday in Suffolk couldn’t have been easier to plan or more fun. The accommodation was great and the routes were varied. The bikes were in great condition and help is at hand should you need it. We can’t wait to book again! Thank you
