System error and terrible support cost…
System error and terrible support cost me a high-ticket orderI am extremely frustrated with Cycle Gear's online ordering system and customer service. I placed an order for expensive gear, but their system automatically reverted to an old address. This happened despite the fact that I have successfully bought and received multiple items at my new house—located 400 miles away—since moving.When I noticed the error, I immediately tried to update the order. The system would not allow it. I then initiated multiple chats, emails, and phone calls trying to get help. Instead of receiving support, I was treated poorly by staff who ultimately told me there was nothing they could do.Because of this lack of assistance, my expensive package was delivered to a stranger's house. Cycle Gear completely abandoned responsibility, leaving me with the burden and expense of trying to arrange a private pickup and shipping from 400 miles away. Their system glitch and awful customer service cost me significant time and money. Avoid ordering online.

What a disappointment
What a disappointment. They had nothing is stock, then drop shipped my paid in advance order to the wrong address. I called the store to resolve the issue, they were no help. I then contacted the main office, and was belittled, dismissed, and gaslight - for THEIR error. ZERO apology or empathy. IF I ever receive my hundreds of dollars worth of products, it will be the last. I'm looking into contacting corporate to discuss this with them. Thats's assuming they care. Just purchase from Rocky Mountain instead.
