EDIT: Cypheros, a firm which takes costumer satisfaction serious!

After Cypheros became aware of me running into a misunderstanding, caused by a single line at their Homepage, the contacted me, and gave me an update free of charge. As already said Yesterday I had a negative experience, and because of earlier scams I at once jumped in here and expressed my anger in very harsh words. Because of this I did hurt some people, who actually would have helped me, if I just had contacted them first. For this I honestly apologize. I was contacted by Cypheros, which recognized that you could get the wrong impression of their text on one of their pages at the site. I honestly can recommend Cypheros and their software, you will find a tool like a swiss knife for working with video, sound and pictures. Furthermore you will find the program supports virtually all formats you will come across, else it has to be a very special format algorithm and then just make Cypheros aware of this format, they always work to develop and improve their programs. my experience with their support tipping my skepticism for the better and it isn't the last time I've traded at Cypheros dot com. With this I wish Cypheros good days ahead. Kim Denmark
